Arrival Email Notifications
SIGN IN now sends you an arrival notification email, alerting you that your guest has arrived, it even tells you the location! And, SIGN IN will also send you a pic of your visitor….see who’s waiting to see you!
The iPad’s built-in camera now takes a photo of each of your visitors — badges will not only show name and company, but the photo also. Each photo is time and date stamped and stored with the visitor’s record if verification is ever required.
Using just a finger or stylus, SIGN IN captures your visitor’s signature right on the the touch screen! Signatures are time and date stamped.
Upon sign in, or sign out, a popup screen presents your access-to-premises agreement. Typically these are Liability Waivers, however, this feature let’s you enter any custom agreement. Each visitor will need to tap “I Accept” in order to be granted access.
Use your own pre-numbered, or print / email a personalized badge for each visitor. Badge’s display visitor’s name, company, date and photo.
Pick up and drop off confirmation for each visitor requiring a security or guided escort within your premises.

“Sign In” contains the important visitor information in the event of an emergency building evacuation. Emergency services will ask for a head count of all employees and visitors to ensure all are present and accounted for. “Sign In” makes providing an accurate head count of your visitors very easy. “Sign In” keep a running total of everyone on premises. The data is stored on your iPad – a very light & easy to carry device when you are required to leave the building – bring it with you, and notify Fire Department personnel of the number of visitors currently on-premises.
In the event of an Emergency:
1.) Take your iPad and leave the building to a safe area.
2.) Tap on the red counter wheel for an instant report of all visitors on-premises.
3.) Notify Fire Department personnel with head count.
